Explicó en detalle que Estados Unidos, China, Corea, Singapur y la India serán los principales objetivos para su gobierno, sin embargo, detalló que no deben dejarse de lado otras oportunidades, como la que representa el que, Europa esté viviendo un momento difícil para las empresas, porque se está disparando el precio de los combustibles y eso, aunado a otros problemas, está obligando a las empresas a buscar alternativas porque ya no pueden seguir produciendo en Europa.
Reiteró que la integración de carga en el Tren Maya hasta Puerto Progreso, nos pone en condiciones de detonar de manera importante nuestra economía y subrayó que, en el tema de manufacturas, hablamos del mercado norteamericano, “pero también con Puerto Progreso nos volveremos mucho más competitivos y podremos competir por mercados que van desde Colombia hasta Brasil, así es que ahí hablamos de nuestro Yucatán como una puerta para América Latina”.
Para concluir, el Gobernador electo enfatizó que “El Renacimiento Maya es un plan ambicioso, completo y que detonará el desarrollo de la entidad, porque en él se contemplan estrategias como el establecimiento de Polos Industriales, corredores industriales manufactureros, que contarán con los servicios que requieren las inversiones, porque las naves industriales son el principal insumo del Nearshoring.
